We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied with your design, we'll work with you through unlimited revisions or provide a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- We fail to deliver your design within the promised timeframe
- The delivered design does not meet the specifications you provided
- Technical issues prevent us from completing your project
- You're unsatisfied after all revision attempts have been exhausted
- You cancel your order before design work has begun
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Contact Support
Email us at support@infralok.com with your order number and reason for the refund request. We'll respond within 24 hours to discuss your concerns.
Step 2: Resolution Attempt
We'll first attempt to resolve your concerns through:
- Design revisions to meet your requirements
- Additional consultation to clarify specifications
- Alternative design approaches
- Partial service credits for future projects
Step 3: Refund Processing
If we cannot resolve your concerns satisfactorily, we'll process a full refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Refund Timeframes
Full Refund (100%)
- Cancellation within 1 hour of placing order
- Failure to deliver within promised timeframe
- Technical issues preventing project completion
Partial Refund (50-75%)
- Cancellation after initial design is started but before delivery
- Significant changes in project requirements mid-process
No Refund
- Design delivered as per specifications and customer satisfaction confirmed
- Cancellation after final files have been delivered and downloaded
- Requests made more than 30 days after project completion
4. Revision Policy
Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use our revision services:
- Basic Plan: 2 free revisions
- Professional Plan: 5 free revisions
- Premium Plan: Unlimited revisions
- Additional revisions: ₹1,999 per revision for Basic plan users
5. Payment Method Specific Policies
Credit/Debit Cards
Refunds will be processed to the original card within 5-7 business days. The actual credit may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
UPI/Net Banking
Refunds will be processed to the original bank account within 3-5 business days.
Digital Wallets
Refunds to digital wallets (PayTM, PhonePe, etc.) are typically instant to 24 hours.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Consultation fees for custom requirements
- Rush delivery charges
- Third-party service fees (if applicable)
- Downloaded digital files after 7 days of delivery
7. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, etc.) that prevent service delivery, we will either complete the project when possible or provide a full refund. Communication will be provided promptly in such situations.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you're unsatisfied with our refund decision:

- For unresolved disputes, you may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels
