3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell our services
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Pay all fees and charges associated with your orders

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive non-exclusive rights to use the designs for your personal construction project. Infralok retains ownership of the design process, methodologies, and any improvements to our AI systems. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the designs for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Professional Review Disclaimer

IMPORTANT:

All designs provided are for preliminary planning purposes. Before construction, designs MUST be reviewed and approved by a licensed structural engineer familiar with local building codes and soil conditions. Infralok is not responsible for structural failures or issues arising from construction without proper professional verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

Infralok's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our designs are preliminary and require professional engineering review before construction.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the initial design, we provide free revisions. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for unsatisfactory services that cannot be corrected through revisions.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
